D3Divas will make every possible effort to create your custom dessert that has been discussed and quoted via Square. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and to place your order. Orders that are placed within 2 weeks of the due date will need to be PAID IN FULL. Payments can be made directly through your customized invoice through Square.
***Deposits/ payments must be received within 24 hours of receiving your invoice or the invoice is voided and no order will be placed.
In any event that there is an error on the cake order form, it is YOUR responsibility to make us aware of the needed changes. Order changes can be made up to 7 days from the event date (additional changes may apply). All cakes are custom made and no two cakes will ever be exactly the same. D3Divas reserves the right to make any changes to the final cake. The cake order form is a guideline for colors, design, flavors, and decorations but DOES NOT guarantee the final product.
Allergies
Your items have been baked and decorated in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, and any other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of the risk and hold D3Divas harmless of any allergic reactions.
By sending your deposit/ paying in full you agree to the above details, terms and conditions.
Food Colorings
Food colorings will not match your event colors perfectly. D3Divas will make every effort to recreate the colors you are looking for, but there will be slight color variations.
Guarantees
D3Divas promises you the best product and service we can provide. Its always our goal to exceed your expectations and truly believe a referral is the best compliment. It is your responsibility to inspect the cake upon delivery and contact us with any concerns immediately
Cancellations and Refunds
Any cancellations made prior to the final payment date will forfeit any money/ deposit paid to D3Divas. Due to tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchange custom cakes, tarts, pies, cupcakes and cookies. Cake flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honored. You may qualify for a credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined not to meet our standards (Our cakes are tasted daily to insure highest possible quality). Quality determination is solely at the discretion of D3Divas. Keep in mind variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the cake to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or changes in color or shape due to weather conditions. Cakes must be brought back to us within a timely manner, preferably with 24 hours of pick up - please call or email us promptly to let us know of the issue. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been completely eaten.
If you come to pick up or if upon delivery the cake does not meet your expectations, we will give you a refund (minus 25% handling/cancellation fee). This refund will be given as a credit (no cash/money refunds will be given) NOTE: If we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake. You can only get the refund if you refuse to “accept” the cake. We will NOT negotiate a partial refund if you keep the cake. This is a “take it, or leave it” policy. We are not responsible for any expense you may incur for replacing our cake.
